VIP and Celebrity Close Protection

Discreet protection for public figures, artists and executives, in Belgium and on the road.

1-Protection close protection team covering a hotel entrance during a private engagement

For a public figure, a visible security detail often produces the opposite of what it is meant to achieve: it announces where the person is, draws attention, and feeds the scene it was supposed to contain. Our officers work in civilian dress, keep the distance the situation calls for, and blend into the client’s environment.

Where we work

Tours, concerts and festivals

Coordination with production and the venue’s own security, control of backstage and dressing-room access, protection during stage entrances and exits, and management of organised meet-and-greets. See event security in Belgium.

Filming and promotional work

Protection on set and on location, management of onlookers and photographers, and secure movement between locations on a tight schedule.

Private movements

Hotels, restaurants, schools, medical appointments. These are the moments that carry the most exposure precisely because they are routine, and therefore predictable.

Visits to Belgium

For figures passing through, we handle collection on arrival, coordination with the client’s existing team, and the local knowledge a travelling detail does not have.

Working alongside an existing team

Many public figures already travel with a trusted bodyguard or a manager who runs the logistics. In those cases we act as the local element: ground knowledge, additional officers, vehicles, and liaison with venues, organisers and the Belgian authorities. We take direction from the client’s principal protection officer rather than displacing them.

How an assignment starts

  1. Confidential briefing — dates, venues, expected exposure, and any incidents or individuals already of concern.
  2. Advance work — venues visited beforehand, entrances and exits identified, holding areas agreed, routes timed.
  3. Protection plan — officer numbers, positions, vehicles, communications and an agreed escalation procedure.
  4. Execution and review — written reporting after each engagement, and adjustment for the next.

Confidentiality is the service

No information about a client is disclosed, during an assignment or afterwards: not their identity, not the locations, not the composition of the detail. Our officers do not photograph their missions and do not discuss them publicly. A security company that advertises its famous clients is not selling the discretion it claims to provide.

Armed protection

Armed close protection is possible only where a specific and identified risk exists and the required authorisations are in place. Each situation is assessed individually and must be authorised by the competent Belgian authorities. Our authorisations and insurance are published and verifiable.

Beyond Belgium

For tours and travel outside the country we coordinate with local providers under the rules that apply there. A Belgian authorisation confers no right to operate, armed or otherwise, in another country. See international close protection.

Frequently asked questions

Will your officers be recognisable as security?

Not unless you want them to be. Civilian dress is the default, and officers are briefed to keep the distance that suits the setting.

Can you cover a tour across several countries?

We coordinate the whole itinerary and remain your single point of contact, but each country is arranged under its own rules, with vetted local partners where our own officers cannot operate.

Do you sign confidentiality agreements?

Yes. We are also bound by professional confidentiality independently of any agreement, and our officers are briefed accordingly.

Can you handle press and photographers?

Our role is to keep a safe distance and a clear route, not to confront media. Where a press plan exists, we work to it with the organiser.

Do you protect family members as well?

Yes, including school runs and separate movements, which are often the most exposed part of an arrangement precisely because they are routine.
