Event security is decided before the doors open. How we prepare

1. Site visit — capacity, entrances and exits, sightlines, bottlenecks, existing measures.
2. Staffing plan — number of officers, posts, shift pattern and supervision, sized to the expected attendance and profile.
3. Written instructions — what each post does, what triggers an escalation, who decides what, and how a stoppage or evacuation is called.
4. Briefing — officers briefed on site, with the organiser present, before doors open.
5. Debrief — a written report after the event, and adjustments for the next edition.

The legal limits, clearly

Event security in Belgium is regulated private security activity. Our officers hold valid identification cards and act within the powers the law gives them: they observe, deter, control access, report and account. They hold no police powers, and searches are limited to what regulation and the ticket conditions allow. Event assignments are carried out unarmed. Our authorisations and insurance are published and verifiable.

Scale is not the only variable

A private reception for eighty people with one sensitive guest can need more thought than a concert for two thousand. We size an arrangement on the profile of the attendees and the exposure of the venue, not on headcount alone.

Related arrangements

Where an event runs over several days or involves an unattended build and break, it is usually combined with static guarding. Artist and speaker transfers are handled with security drivers.
